1. Free Delivery in Hong Kong & International Delivery Service
We provide free of charge delivery service in Hong Kong. We select Shun Fung Express as our courier service to make delivery within Hong Kong, however, please note that there is no courier service for Lantau, Cheung Chau, Tung Chun, Airport, etc.
In fact, we are not only provide the delivery service in Hong Kong, we also provide delivery service to other countries, please provide the name of your country and postal code, so we will provide you the total cost include the product purchase cost and the freight cost. We usually use Federal Express (FEDEX), Shun Fung Express (SF) or Hong Kong Speedpost as our international courier service. But, please note that all the duty or import tax should be collected from the shipment receiver, if any.
2. Shipping & Packing
Each item purchase from Steel One Jewel is packed in gift box or velvet pouch and wrapped carefully; a gift package anyone would love to receive. We also take time to individually wrap every piece of jewelry to perfection, using several layers of bubble paper to ensure your gift arrives safely and beautifully.
3. Shipping Procedure
For the delivery within Hong Kong, Shun Fung Express will deliver the parcel in regular office hour, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Saturday. In case, you require the delivery should be made in specific time period, Shun Fung Express may call you before the delivery. Therefore, you should leave your contact phone number when you place the order. If there is nobody receive the parcel on the delivery address, Shun Fung Express will leave a notice card to you. You can contact Shun Fung Express to arrange the second delivery.
For international delivery, you are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at www.steel-1.com. Once we confirm to receive your payment, your order will be packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of FEDEX. Simply click on the link and type your tracking number, and follow the status of your order.
